Samantha the Bot's Metropolis.-
Facebook's flooding with CityVille posts right now. If these requests
were mails from owls, even Vernon Dursley wouldn't have been able to
stop Harry from getting one. Curiosity led me to check out AppData, and
the stats amazed me. In a few days over ninety million users will have
been actively playing CityVille. So I decided to check out what the
fuss is all about.

With the dawn of a new year, we look at the list of games to be
released in 2011; it is long, with many titles being hot favorite.
After an arduous debate, we narrowed down our list and came up with six
games that we are looking most forward to. In Part I, we cover The
Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings, Dragon Age II, and Mass Effect 3.

Best First Person Shooter (FPS) Games of 2010

Call-Of-Duty-Black-Ops-
2010 was a good year to unleash our violent alter ego on the cyber
world. To refresh your memory, we briefly review here some of the best
FPS games released throughout the year. These are Singularity, Medal of
Honor, Arma II: Operation Arrowhead, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and
Call of Duty: Black Ops.
- Singularity: The only sci-fi shooter in our list,
Singularity is shootout madness galore. Arguably this game feels very
derivative, a hash of Bioshock, Half-Life 2, and Wolfenstein, but don't
let these absurdities fool you. Singularity is an extremely fun
shooter, more appealing so for old schoolers. The story isn't
revolutionary, with no serious characters you will remember long after
you've finished the game. But what makes this game stand out is the
Time Manipulation Device that lets you perform crazy time powers.
Remember when Max Payne introduced Bullet Time? Singularity takes it to
a whole new level. You can actually "drive" your bullet to your enemies
or fire off multiple shots from your sniper rifle precisely. Other
effects include dropping a time bubble that slows down enemies or even
freeze them. You can also grab enemy projectiles in midair and throw
them back. Time manipulation is also included cleverly in some
environmental puzzles. Combining all these in intense battle situations
is exhilarating to say the least, and all the possible options help
keep things fresh and satisfying. Overall, Singularity is a great
sci-fi shooter and will keep any FPS lovers entertained.
